Most propably your mill bearing exit temp meter is defective . Change the meter and run the mill again . If new meter shows expected higher temp than inlet then it is ok . If mill trips again because of exit temp exceeding permissible limit, the check water pump delivering water to bearing, if ok then check bearing surface itself.
